Beware of TCC"The Closing Company"

This is another one that does not pay, or has not paid me to date. Beware. He said his business is down 60%. He may be going under.

Adrian
I believe you made your point in a previous thread. Why rehash it?

Thank you, I feel sorry for you Adrian, you are a liar.

I appreciate that Sylvia, I own a good business and we do the best we can. Adrian has called my associates now and has threatened with slurs and harassment. Using the "F" word and being very rude. This is so crazy on our end. We pay all of our people and we are not going out of business.

To all those that do work for us, please keep it up. Its appreciated. To you, Mr. Winstead, you have been paid!!!!!! let it go.

If anyone has no been paid by my company, for any reason, please call me directly!

Regards,

Matthew Prossen

Mr. Prosser & Mr. Winstead...

Obviously, there is a serious problem here.
Either Mr. Prosser can or cannot provide a copy of the cancelled check. Mr. Prosser...???
Either Mr. Winstead received the check or he didn't. If he did, he owes Mr. Prosser a public apology.
Now how hard is this, guys? Cooperate, communicate, take care of business and take it off the board.

Re: Thank you, I feel sorry for you Adrian, you are a liar.

I have your email which I will attached that says you got the check back and redeposited into your account. He says he cut another check and sent it and that I got it. I asked him more than once to show me the cancelled copies of both checks if he says I got them. He won't do that because he did not pay. See Below.

I never told you it weas cashed. Read again. Good work detective. Post it. Please.
Sent from my Verizon Wireless BlackBerry

The second closing you conducted was completed on 6/27, you were originally
paid on 8/28...this check was then returned to my online payroll service and
redeposited. When it was brought to my attention I cut you another check
last week, which you received according to our payroll sevice.

Because he said he was not going to pay me now no matter. I wanted everyone to know every single day to watch out for this company. If you don't keep it out front, people will forget. I'm trying right now to find how they are listed under Notary Rotary so I can rate them.

Sorry Adrian, but it will get to the point where your posts will be ignored. It is not necessary to post every day on these companies. All members have to do is a search with the orange button, or for someone who has all the relevant info to add the company to Signing Central so messages regarding a company can be linked to the company.

I performed a closing for this company in Jan 07. NEVER GOT PAID. Repeated faxes, e-mails and calls. Just got the ole run a round.

You two obviously have some very serious differences that you need to iron out together - this is not the place IMO....

Harry should lock this thread.

I agree Linda, sorry for this. I have tried to iron it out, but his yelling and cursing is out of control.

You two need to take this out back. Adrian, you've written a book already - we get the point!! Matt and his buddy at The Closing Company aren't much better if they keep responding. This is not the place to have your dispute. There are more appropriate channels.

If someone was trashing my

company I would like to be able to respond in the same forum. I see nothing wrong with TCC responding to the repeated remarks made here. I agree it needs to end, but hey the guy has every right to defend himself and his company. IMHO.

Wow!!! I did not know this had stirred up this much controversy. Im not sure what has transpired between Matt and Adrian. But let me make this one correction to Matts statement earlier on records. I performed the closing on June 6th not the 14th (have confirmation to prove it.) and yes I did cash the check the day I got it on 7/31.
If any other notaries think that is an acceptable timeline for receiving payment please chime in. I did the the same excuse a close friend of mine has gotten. He is at the almost 60 day mark himself.

Matt did call me a little distraught wanting to know why I said what I said. He said I should be happy I was at least paid. He still gave me excuses as to why the other people had not been paid.

Matt, I have plenty of good signing services that still pay me when contracted and as you can see from my previous post about (Docuserv),I amm willing to work with companies that are having problems. But to have someone give me the run around doesnt sit well with me or anyone I believe.

This is not company bashing, its posting our experiences. If you dont like the postings, then change your the way you pay some of your notaries. Please note I did not say all.

Good luck with your company and yes please take me off your contact list.

Someone with all the details - address etc of this company should list them in Signing Central so all post regarding them can be linked.
We need to start linking messages to companies.

do you not have another avenue of correspondence with this company? Please, this is getting boring. If you have an agenda, we know it already.

Looks like his agenda is to be paid. As for boring I guess it depends on which side of the pay window you're on.

Phillip

I heard from Adrian, it doesn't matter what side of "the pay window you're on"
When you have a dispute with a company, it's more professional to deal with them directly. I understand what he went through and he's done with it. If we all posted on no/slo/bounced pays, it would be a mess! Just like the neverending saga with sox, I am so sick of that name, every time I see it, I ignore it.

If TCC wants to air their laundry on the forum I say GO FOR IT!!! Let the other notaries see how "professional" they are!!

Re: ADRIAN!!! You go Boyee!!!

Thanks for your support. I'm not lying, I just want to be paid. He either produces the two cancelled checks, or we will know who is lying. I want to thank all the notaries and title agents who have written in support. I offered twice to settle this off the board, but have not received a response. Thanks again.

Thread should be deleted

because of this last 2 TCC threads I did not call back this company and maybe I should of. I should of known better and just give a company a chance to prove themself to me.

What is a bad company for some is great for others. I tried this with One Touch and had to fight to get my money, but with others it has worked out well.

What if he had talked about EFS instead of TCC?

Would you want that chance to prove themselves to you? The guy has a right within the rules of the community to air his grievance. If it doesn't fit your parameters, don't read or reply.

Ya know Philip you're staring to bore also...Yes everyone had a right to air a grievance here. But continuous threads? As Sylvia mentioned why rehash? There are other avenues besides a message forum to complain on over and over....ad nausea um.
