Biggest package for me ever

FHA must be picking up, I've never had a package this big. 163 lender docs, 20 pages for appraisal, and 23 junk docs and HUD. A total of 206 pages for one copy. I must have come along after the FHA boom because I was stunned. The TC was great though, they agreed to up my print fee. Irony of that is it cancelled and is going to tomorrow because of late docs.

I have had three of those in the last two weeks. One of those were over 200 pages and thats without the copy pacckage. FHA is definately showing up in my area.

Guess I'm lucky, I have an FHA loan for this evening and it's only 79 pages. I was pleasantly surprised.!
