California Signing Services

Help anyone?? Has anyone had dealings with California Signing Services located in San Diego? The owner is A. Guido. I did a signing form them in July and have sent emails and have attempted to call them, their phone has been disconnected twice. I sent a certified letter with my invoice and it was signed for. Still haven't received payment. Their office has closed and mail is still being received at the P. O. Box they have. It would be nice to receive payment for services rendered, is this another no-pay company that skips off with your hard-earned money? Just wondering if anyone out there has heard where they have run off to. Thanks for listening.
