City wrong on ALL docs.....

Title is aware city is wrong on all docs......these are their instructions....

"Please change the city on the docs to XXXXXX. Please have the borrower initial the change."

Now do you think they mean ALL 109 pages? Or just the Deed and Note that is being filed? Of course no one is available to answer that question, since its Friday evening.

Thanks in advance for your opinions.

BTW...the last two SS's that contracted with me last month have BOTH sent letters saying they don't know when they can pay for my services. Seals my decision to only work for title companies from now on.

I don't think the city will appear on all 109 pages.
I would have the borrowers correct it on all pages the city appears on and have them initial it.

It is a PITA for the borrower(s) and the NSA, but has to be done. Suck it up and move on.
