Closing Quest - I admit, a bit rehashed

July invoice outstanding for a RESPA. Been after them time and again. But now they are placing blame on the lender not paying them. There's not enough TP for their excuses.

Contact the lender, I had to for one company and it was how I got a check cut and sent out the same day.

What was the name of the lender? Is it the same one that loansigners had us doing RESPA's for (and not paying us) and now Archer?

I had 2 RESPA's with them back in June- they paid in just under 60 days on both - and the later one I requested payment within 21 days as I had a 106 mile round trip....no good...had to chase them like crazy and finally contacted the LO to get paid.

Took over 90 days, but after constant emails to and from Rikki I was finally able to collect. I was one of the ones whose initial billing they "couldn't find" and I had to submit it a second time. Good luck to you all in your efforts.

It never ceases to amaze me how notaries are so quick to point out any failure or problem, but fail to mention the positives.

We apologize for the delays some have experienced in receiving payments, but we always pay!!

We typically provide more notary work than any other company and in 5 years of business, we have always paid a notary who properly performed their closing.

In the future, I would appreciate the failure of other companies not paying notaries not be the reason Closing Quest is attacked or stereo-typed.

I also want to largely thank every notary who has worked for and continues to perform professionally. It is because of these individuals that notaries have a future in closing loans and lawyers aren't able to take over as they have in seven states.

You have to be kidding me?????????When you admit you are a deadbeat and are defrauding the signing agents who do a great job then you will have the right to make a statement, until then do the right thing and pay the folks you owe. until then, do us a favor and SHUT UP about how good you are. Also look up the true meaning of the title CEO. you wouldn't make a pimple on a real CEO's rear end.
