The notary we hired to do this closing "disappeared" so I need someone to cover it. I wish there was a way to let every company know to not use this agent!!

Thank you Sylvia, I did already, but unfortunately my fee of $150 is too high for Allison, since I'll be going from Queens to Bronx, I'll be spending for tolls, anything less than $150 doesn't pay me to take the job, specially it is last minute assignment. I am still open if she wants me do the job for $150.

Thank you Sylvia, not at all, in New York notaries charge somewhere from $175 to $250. Oh well what can I say.....however thank you for your 2nd email.
