I did one in Nov. and got paid in Jan., regardless of the time of month the job was done. They have a flag in my file!!!

I've just stepped up my collection after 85 days... they want to pay me just a trip fee for a rescind, after two trips... but guess what, despite promises even the trip fee has not arrived.

Faxed the Title Company and the loan officer today.

They're about to discover that it's a real pain in the butt to owe me money.
