Companies that owe money
I have done several signings for DCS Mobile Notaries dating back to 4-20-2007 and have not collected. Promises have been made by Dwayne Herberich and I have not been paid.
Another company is Premier Document Solutions, LLC. They owe for a signing that was completed back in June 26, 2007. Don't these companies realize that we have indebtedness just as well as they do. And that we have invested time, ink, gas, just to name a few expenses to do the signing and all we want is to be paid. I plan to litigate. If nothing else but to see if I can place liens against property so that one day maybe I can collect.

Have you taken the time to call them and inquire? You know they should and you also know they might not - forget any obligation. Maybe they somehow overlooked your invoice. Call and ask. Squeaky wheels get greased - the rest fall off.

Count me in on Premier Document they owe me too. Maybe if we can find a civil attorney and go after them as a group we'll get somewhere.

PDS called me several weeks ago for a signing. Thanks to this board and the ability to search for info. I declined unless they were willing to overnight me a check since the signing was the next evening. They declined, I declined. Unfortunately, a friend of mine did the closing, he hasn't been paid either. I warned him but it was no use....

I'm owed from May & June from PDS & have been told that they are not sure when they can pay. Although it does seem like they are at least making an attempt to pay, unlike some other co.'s out there. Recent talk, however, suggests that they may be out of business. Matt did say that they were no longer doing closings until they were able to resolve their current debt.
