DocuServeUSA
Its been a while for any DocUServe postings. Has anyone done any signings or had any dealings with them lately. I did an 11:00 PM one to which they met my fee but we have gone past the 45 day mark for payment. Of course I started the usual phone call and email. But what has been the turn times for them in recent months?
thanks for the feedback.

JamesLee/VA PM: I used the search button jacka$$
"I used the search button jacka$$ss. I said recent feedback. i dont consider 3 months recent."
So much for your professional courtesy towards businesses as you advertise on your homepage here. I consider 3 mos. very recent in these times. Please be advised that you have had your message forwarded to Harry as well. This is conduct unbecoming ... you are NOT a gentleman by any means.
Would you rather I just say that I have been doing their work and getting paid? Do you think that there have been changes for the better? Get a clue - and if you have something to say, say it in public as I do.

Jba/Fla.
Ive been watching this board for several days and people like yourself complaining about when someone asks a question that you feel is not "worthy" of your valuable wisdom. My opinion is if you dont like the question..Dont answer it. You are wasting my time with your smart answers.
I am I embarassed by calling you an jackass on P/M. Not in the least. I was trying to be professional and not put it in the open forum. Obviously you aren't. So owww go tell Harry the big bad Notary in Virginia called you a bad name......

Re: JamesLee/VA
If you have been watching for several days, then notice I haven't been here for quite some time. If you want to be factual, then get your facts together to support your ramblings.
DocUServ: pays nicely when you send bill. Never shorts. Never bouncing either. Just do them all you can and rest assured that you will be paid. Ignore the search button, ignore the 'ramblings' of others who only try to warn through their experiences, because what could they possibly bring to the forum that you haven't already decided in advance. In fact - don't post at all lest someone give you what you ask for.
I don't know you from Adam, don't care to, and don't need your apology. But I have noticed that there are many who PM on old messages, rudely, crudely and impolitely, expecting to be treated to the best info avail. and when it is not forthcoming to their preconceived notions, turning churlish and trollish. I also don't know who is on this forum and when they are on so decided to break my own rule about not posting any more and give you a quick answer in case you were in a decision mode about whether to do their signing or not. I gave you an answer, plus to check past postings as the writing has been on the wall for some time now. This is not an overnight phenom, but you might be. good luck to you in your endeavors.

If you did a signing between July and agost, you may get paid, you may not. They told me that they have not been paid by 3 company who close the door and they are thinking between filing for bankruptcy or a payment plan with their notary. They always paid me in the past but, my last signing was done July 5 and as today I have not been paid.

Thank You GF_CA thats the type of answer I was looking for..
You senior members should not assume someone has not used the orange button. Thats why you will see very few posts from people like myself. I do research everything before I submit a question. If I dont find the answer that satisfies me then I ask. That why I pay to be on the site. Not so much for advertising. I walk away with knowledge and I dont mind paying for it to support the forum. I paid my money and have a right to ask whatever I need to do my job to the best of my ability.
I will not comment any further on this matter. I got what I needed.

Two bounced checks which I turned over to the DA and got my money. And still have an outstanding invoice the is 145 days. So I guess I will be going to Small Claims Court over that one. Does not look good. They use to pay 35 business days, but not anymore. And they now have a little attitude.

Re: May I say please?
James you read the posting from this weekend. Let me be perfectly clear. We were up set with some of our elders not for what they were trying to tell us but how they said it to us. They over the years have said and said things over and over until they are yelling at us. Some of us are so new this site that every time we posted it was like we were like stepping on time bombs. To the elders it was so ever whelming to be invaded by so many new notary's on the board that some times all they could do is yell and call us names. Because it seams like all we want to do is to be spoon fed. So everybody has been yelling and calling names such as stupid jacka$$$$ and using all caps or just single word caps (a form of yelling).
I want to be clear on this I completely agree with what they are saying and respect each and every one of them even Becca FL. We newer members need to work as hard as we possible can to learn this business before we ask a question. We need to learn to do research on our own before we ask a question. Believe me they can tell if we don't do our home work. But the yelling and the name calling needs to stop because it is childish no way to do life.
Our world is changing that in its self is hard enough for us to handle. The next few months for some will be harder then others. lCan we please just breath with each other and not snap each others heads off. I vote for breathing Thnak you for taking the time to read this. JoAnn

Re: May I say please?
Joann, I understand what you are saying. I still am with the firm belief that no question is really a "dumb " question, and thats what Ive been brought up and have practiced throughout my life. Ok so someone did not do as thorough as a search as some of the "elders" may deem fitting, but that does not give them the right to ridicule someone for asking. I give you another case that is posted just this morning about Title Insurance. Looks at Lee/AR response. Obviously he does not know the answer yet he post his response which to me shows his lack of knowledge on the subject. Again if you dont know think its a "dumb" question..dont answer it.
I do not consider myself a newbie to the business with 300 perfect closings to my record, but Im not too good to sit up and pooh pooh at the others for seeking information. That is what forums are for.
I do appreiciate you view and trying to explain their actions. In my book it is still inexcusable. If you recall in my posting I asked for recent dealings. Not what type of company they were. I did get the one response that prepared me for the collection process I need to follow. Members like that are well worth my time.

As you can see, it's just incredibly hard to practice what you preach on this forum. None of us can resist having the last word, the final say, the ultimatum. Certainly not me.

Re: The problem with just not answering is
that you get people that will post a question. It goes unanswered. Then they post the same question again & get upset that no one answered. Or they make a post to say that they asked a question 2 lines down & for everyone to please answer it. To simply ignore the question doesn't make it go away.
