Don Laney a/k/a [e-mail address]

is a SPAM artist!

Listen Don, I'm sick and tired of getting 5 spam emails from you a day. Before you continue to spam notaries, I think it would behoove you to read the Spam laws that you are clearly in violation of.

I received them to. I thought at first that I just did not delete them until I realized that he just keeps sending them over and over. Please stop. One is already too many.

He's a PHISH.

He is also using email addresses solely intended for clients, taken from various marketing pages of folks obviously more than just me.

I just sent my third OPT OUT (which was pretty hard to do as I never OPTED IN) to this slimy gill head!

Don, if you're reading this forum, I repeat (from my email) :

"Should I have to make a legal issue about this to get you to stop, I have done it successfully before, and have no problem with doing it again should you make the decision to NOT follow my wishes.. "

ALSO, heavy on the same list of people who are sending SPAM to my inbox but who also freely reveal their phone number and physical address, you have "[e-mail address]".

These people have real email addresses that they no doubt think are hidden in an online form, which will shortly be left on 100 porno sites so that they get included in every SPAM list on earth unless they relent!

He's filtered to go to my SPAM folder, which is right...

where he belongs.
Seriously, Don... I get enough spam from the NNA, I do not need or want it from you.

Re: He's filtered to go to my SPAM folder, which is right...

At least he finally figured out the bcc option. The first one I got from him showed a whole slew of email addresses. The worst part was that his message made it look like we had authorized communication from him. Reeaally ticked me off...

DO NOT PAY HIS FEES

There is no need to pay him for Reverse Mortgage Certifications. There are TC's out there
that will ceritify you for free. Check out your local TC's, ask for their Reverse Mortgage Divisions.
