EFS/ EFS Real Estate Svs, Express Title - bankruptcy
Does any one know what type of bankruptcy they are filing chapter 7 or 11. I'm working with an attorney to file a proof of claim?

is it worth all us filing a proof of claim to join together?

Your attorney should be able to get that info through PACER (http://pacer.psc.uscourts.gov/), assuming they've actually filed for bankruptcy.

I'm wondering if Is it worth the time & trouble for a $140.00 claim?????

PACER searches cost something like 8 cents a page and are capped at about $3.00 per search - could be worth investing a dollar or two to get some of that $140 back. On the other hand, unsecured creditors for a bankruptcy could be standing in a long line, so you may get nothing. Jump ball....
Personally, I would not pay an attorney to handle this for me - why throw more money at the problem? If an attorney says he or she will "look into it", the next sound you're likely to hear is "ka-ching!" Some stuff you really need an attorney for - this stuff (filing a notice of claim) you can handle on your own.

calm down people
You are working with an attorney? If so, he should know the court will send notice to all creditors in due time - it doesn't happen the same or next day if bk was actually filed. Everyone Express lists as a creditor will receive instructions from the court.
