Express Financial Services
Does anyone know how bad Express Financial Servise financial condition is? I have outstanding invoices with them over 80 days. They will not return phone call or e-mails. I don't even know if the accounting people are still there. I have put them on my list not to do business with. I uess my next step is calling the lenders.

Frank, they closed their doors with no notice to anyone on Friday, September 14th... there have been posts on the site for the past 2 weeks about them. I have heard they are in the process of filing bankruptcy but it has been reported in the court yet. Good luck getting paid, for we are considered unsecured creditors. I got a check the day they closed deposited it, and guess what? It was returned. Feel free to contact me in a private message and I will be happy to tell you more.

Oh my, Frank, where have you been. They are gone, done, caput. You, most likely, will never see all of that gas money or that ink money you spent. I wasted my time and so did you.

Nick, I've got one too done 8/3 - Please PM info to me also
Nick, you don't have your profile linked, so if you could PM me with any info you have on Express Financial Services, I'd appreciate it. Luckily I only have one, but the loss of even one fee hurts! I'm going to contact the title company and lender even though it probably won't do any good.

Hello everyone. Just an FYI - I just received pmts for signings that I completed on 8/22/07. I've not encountered a problem with EFS. They have proven to me to be very professional, honest and pays as agreed! Just wanted everyone to hear some positive feedback as there has been quite a bit of negative feedback in the forum discussion. Good luck to all....... Have a wonderful day! PRIORITY Signing's/CA.
