I did one FHA for LandAm on Friday. I usually ask the schedular who the lander is. In this case she said she did not know cus it is not our loan she said. When I got the Docs, it was FHA. It was 200 pages. I called the LandAm and I got my fee with no problem.

It probably depends if it's a

streamline FHA (very, very limited or no cash out) or a "standard" FHA. I would suspect it also depends a great deal on the lender.
