For a CA notary
Here is my problem. My brother died a couple of years ago and we finally got the estate settled. (I was the executor) He left two sons who inherited his house. One son lives in Fl the other lives in CA. The CA son wants to quitclaim his interest to the son in FL. The attorney says "California notary statements are the very same as FL". I told him, no they weren't. He wants to send a QCD to the son in CA - I want him to put the CA notary wording on the doc (Just trying to help out here) - would you be so kind as to tell me where I can find the correct wording for a CA notary statement on a QCD that is signed in the state of CA? We then will have the other son take care of his part here in FL. Thank you for any assistance.

She wants: "CA notary statement on a QCD" In other words a CA QCD wording.

Thanks, that's all I wanted - the wording and I got it from a wonderful CA notary. I just wanted to make sure the wording was correct so the notary wouldn't have to attach anything else or change the wording in the acknowledgement to CA standards. The Florida wording is no problem. Was just trying to be a conscientious notary. Thanks to all.

Google is your friend...<quitclaim deed california>
That's what I put into the search bar and all kinds of things turned up with free QCD forms...
http://recorder.countyofventura.org/pdf/qclaim.pdf
This is published on Ventura County's website so if it's not the current NP wording for Ca. take up with Ventura.
Oops...here's another one here...and a little bit different.... http://www.saclaw.lib.ca.us/Uploads/files/QuitclaimDeed_1.doc
at Sacramento Public Library.
Okay....back to cleaning house....I'm on a roll tonight....company coming next week.
