Hurray for you for taking the "leap" into being your own boss.
If you REALLY want to keep up with the times and the trends, make darn sure you keep a close eye on the Federal Reserve interest rate and the trends in the housing market.
Before you hang out your "shingle", check here to see how many other closers are in your area. Your competition has probably been at this for several years.
READ THIS board daily, and please don't post a question before using the search button.
This is one of the BEST websites there is, and there's lots and lots of very smart, business savvy people on here.

And beware of calls from SOX, United Notaries, and Signatures Plus. They burn everyone once, then move on to the next uninitiated victim.
