Had a signing a few days ago...

Signing company calls and asked me to do a double signing, O.K. fine. Then they ask if I have a laser or inkjet printer? Odd question, I thought! I advised them I had several of both, but print my docs on the laser printers. I get to the borrower's, they advised me that they were to sign the day before but, the notary had called them for 4 hours telling them that he was still printing the docs. Wanted to come the next day to do the signing, as he had ran out of ink and wanted to know if the borrower knew where he could get some at that hour, midnight. He then advised them in the morning he was still printing the docs. Never did show up for the signing. There are a few details in those NSA classes that should be stressed.
