History of this business?
What year was the first time you were contacted by a TC not in your area to take loan documents to a borrowers home for signing? What year was the first time you received e-docs? What year did the first website listing NSA's appear? How did people find you before these listing websites? The internet only dates back to 1995, I'm thinking that is what enabled this as a business, what was business like in the late 90's? When did this business peak for you? Who here has been signing loan docs in borrowers homes the longest? Do not count the years you may have been in the mortgage business, only the time you have been an active mobile NSA. Thanks for any history you can share.

What year was the first time you were contacted by a TC not in your area to take loan documents to a borrowers home for signing? 1993 It was a block away, overnight docs & it paid $50....lot less paperwork, no faxbacks except your invoice, no babysitting, no b.s., no contracts, no grief. Also rapidly discovered they'd pay better---to date, that's the only one I've ever done for $50. 14 years ago....

How did people find you before these listing websites? Apparently, word of mouth.
