I have dumped at least 15 e mails

off my computer this morning for obtaining loans. I blocked the Christian one 5 times, it kept on coming back with a different name, hmmmm. Companies are marketing strong in down times, which is what we all need to do that intend to stay full time at this career.

Suggestions:

1. Contact these companies and find out where they're sending their title work. Then solicit the title company.

2. Market to those mortgage companies and solicit the title companies you already work with to that mortgage co. to generate more work for you.
