I need an Outlook expert, any suggestions?
The office computer uses Outlook for E-mail. When an associate forwarded an e-mail from a friend, the e-mail sent out numerous copies to the forwarded parties. In addition, the forwarded e-mail remains in the outbox locked in some sort of loop. Outlook keeps trying to send it out to the recipient but it never completes. The office e-mail box continues to receive an error message that says it cannot find the intended receiver.
I've tried to delete the outgoing e-mail by following the suggestions from MS but due to the server (cox) that is used the delete option isn't offered. I googled for an answer and thought I had it, but after downloading and running the removal tool from Symantec the tool said the computer wasn't infected with that particular virus.
Any suggestions? TIA!
