Initial signup confirmation

I'm getting ready to do an initial signup and is this printed on letter size paper? It's probably not crutial either way but they want me to send it back in a letter size envelope and wasn't sure. These are the only instructions. Thanks!

Apparently their contract with ups/fedex/dhl, provides ....

for a lower shipping fee for that type of packaging.
If you use a pak or legal size envelope , you may be backcharged for the excess.
or even the total shipping fee.

Any sign-up packages I ever did were automatically on letter-size - not to say yours could be an exception.

Play it safe - call and ask to be sure.
