Does anyone know this Notary or where he is from? He states that he has completed closings for 1 Touch Closings and gotten paid on time. He states that the closing agent, me, who completed a closing for them must have made an error on the closing. I asked him if that is why it took 7 months to get paid, and if the 6 other folks who did not get paid, made erros? I think he is really tied to 1 Touch. Has anyone else had the same type response?

Jeffrey is a notary that performs closings for our company in NJ. He has been paid for closings performed in a timely manner. As I have previously stated, there was a managerial issue in our Billing Department that has since been corrected and our notaries are paid within a timely manner.
