Just an FYI on Fed EX

Good morning,

Fed EX has changed their website and it seems that the pickup times feature is having issues. I tried to schedule a pickup and after trying more then a dozen times I finally had to call the 800 number. Sure was glad the number was on automated format and allowed me to schedule my pickup as it was 10:30 PM

Called Fed EX and the tech support people are trying to fix the problem. In meantime I was told that I would have to call the 800 number to schedule. That number is 800-463-3339 if anyone needs it.

The tracking info emails no longer have the reference

information on them. They said that it now has a link to click on where you can see all that. I asked why a company that recieves and tracks hundreds, maybe thousands of fed ex packages daily would want the added click? So if you use the email feature to send TC's/SS's tracking info, you need to put the reference info in the "message" section, and it will then show up.

This is one of those cases that if it ain't broke, don't fix it!

what I told the tech support person I spoke with. I just shake my head sometimes.
