Land Options in PA? Looks like a no-no

There were some postings in July 2007 from notaries who had recently done jobs for Land Options. Did you guys get paid? I accepted a job for tomorrow but after checking here I will probably turn it back after reading about all the payment hassles.

Never a payment issue in my experience

Always met my fee and paid as agreed.

THEY ARE A PROBLEM AS OF LATE

Sue Hurley was the past bookkeeper. The new one claims she does not know how to do their system. It took me months to get paid by calling everyone from the underwritter up to the owners. All of a sudden I received two payments weeks apart. Guaranteed they are a problem at least for now. In the past, they were great to work with. And I'll be they get a signing service to fill the orders and then that will be an excuse to the ss not to pay. I believe they are hurting.
