It's very helpful to include the city/state when making inquiry, so we can be sure we're all talking about the same company. (My personal preference is that it be included in the subject line.)

This is the information that I have:

They have Ditech for a client. Since Ditech now pays for closing costs, Ditech lowered what they pay loan closers. Loan Closers pays $40 for over night, $65 for email, half price for no sign, and you have to fax back notarized docs because ditech penalizes them for mistakes. Then you have to invoice them to get paid, but they do pay.

(Remember, Expidoc would not cave to paying the notaries less when Ditech lowered their fees, so Expidoc went out of business.)

I worked for Loan Closers for a long time, but they finally lowered their prices too much for me to work for them.
