Never heard of Media Montage and don't know what is involved. Guess you'd have to question them and find out what they want you to do, how many signatures, how far do you have to go, do you have to make copies, etc.
See post 212402 from earlier today...not sure if this is what they have in mind, but LJ summed up his experience. Use the Search button and then type in 212402 where it asks for the message number.

Re: Media Montage and a marketing tip.
I did one for them.
Wouldn't do another one...slow pay.
Basically, you'll go to a doc's office and conduct a signing of a deposition by question.
I charged $35 to $50 for those depending on where I'd have to go.
Consider you may have to mail the documents back when you quote.
They kind of tickled though. I went and did the job and got this elaborate packet of information about working for them...and their own special invoice included...very pretty...obviously the owner's a creative type by the name of the company. And I'm looking at this package and thinking...man...what this must cost in postage to send out to all contractors. How 'bout I send you an invoice and you send me a check?
I did a lot of general notarizations by soliciting doctors.
I put together a folder and inside it I included a few forms to "fax the notary." They could just fill in the information below
To: Custodian of Records Re: “Office Call” Notary Services
If you need a notary for notarizing medical record affidavits, please call me.
I will make arrangements to bill the firm who is requesting the documents. In most cases the law firm is usually happy to pay my fee, and, if not, you will not be charged if I perform the work before knowing they do not agree to pay.
Next time you get a subpoena for records, or a request to produce records, fax me this form, or have the information handy when you call me.

Who is making this request?
Doctor/Company Name
Contact Name
Phone Number
Best Time/Day to come: Address City Zip Medical Records Custodian Name Patient's name:
Lawyer or company requesting your notarized statement or records.

And, I put a label on the file folder marked: Notary - call xxx-xxx-xxxx
I'd bundle a bunch of these up and go to medical buildings and drop them off. It worked pretty darn good. They'd get those requests and call me. My biggest client died the year before I decided to stop my business...nice old doc, too.
It's almost impossible to market to litigation support firms and lawyers...so, I just started marketing to the docs, ambulance services, labs, etc. And, I'd go the first time without concern about getting paid and gambling on the company paying me. Then, I'd write the company and say, "hey, I did this for Dr. XXX and my fee is $XX" if you'll pay this bill I will always go and do this when you have jobs down here, but if you won't no problem, I won't take your jobs when they come up through a doc's office."
I always got paid by the lawyer or litigation support firm requesting the documents from the doc's office. Furthermore, I trained the docs to give them my name as soon as the documents arrived at their offic.
I made $200-$400 a month doing those, but alas...we can't live on that.
But, if you'll put together a good marketing package in a file folder and go see lots of docs you'll be able to start building a business.
Typed very fast...sorry if it's not clear.
