NCCI and Field Inspections

I have just signed on with this company for more work. Any experience working with this company?
Is the work easy? Has anyone been assaulted (verbally or otherwise)?
Thanks for any feedback you can supply.

I am still doing signings. 4 this week so far, so I am thankful!

I looked into this also. From my discussion with them here's what this deal entails; They want you to go to peoples homes that are behind on payments of some sort, credit cards, mortgages, etc. You are to try and get them to call the creditor, using your cell phone to "work things out" while you are there...Now, if you don't get your phone swiped, or beat up for appearing there, they'll pay you $ 15.00.sound good? Not to me!

NCCI pays $25 to me for chases. They DO NOT want you to use your cell phone to contact the lender. You ask the debtor to use their phone. I have done about 30-35 now and have not had any problems. It is good source of extra money.

No way would I chase in Baltimore city for that amount of money. I don't know how much money it would take.

Re: NCCI..

I do only the merchant site inspections for NCCI. They pay between $35-45 each and take only 10 minutes at the max. I won't do chases anymore in my area!

Field inspections/collections

I personally wouldn't do it. I would feel like I was in danger (not mention uncomfortable). I would feel the same way about service of process. You never know what kind of nut is going to come after you with a gun. The very nature of these inspections can take you into some unsavory and/or unsafe neighborhoods. You also have to make up to 3 attempts if they're not home. Just not worth it--especially for the peanuts they are willing to pay.

Re: Field inspections/collections

I've started doing some for them. At first I was a little apprehensive, but I'm comfortable with it now. Yesterday I did 5 in a span of 2 1/2 hours including my time to enter in the reports, paid $25.00 each and never felt threatened, etc. You don't have to make 3 attempts, you do not have have the person call in on your cell phone and best of all they pay every week. You enter in the zip codes where you will work and that's where they'll send you.

What is the name of the company? When I google NCCI everything comes up except a field service company.
