N B Signing Agency

BEWARE!! Has anyone had any dealings with NB Signing Agency in Spring, TX. I completed signing on 8/17, not paid as of 9/27, and all contact numbers are disconnected. Please not another non-paying company that is still in business.

I called one of the title companies that used NB and was told that they are out of business. Gail's son split off and starting his own signing service. I guess he took all of her clients and now she is out of business and won't pay the notaries their money. She got me for $150.00.

I have never not been paid, I guess I got taken for $155. I'm calling Northwest Title and Escrow and letting them know NB is not paying notaries. It is my understanding they are still doing business with them. I'm spreading the word on every site I can about NB Signing. Please let me know if any contact numbers are out there for them. N B is definetly out of business. The son has taken over the business and all the title companies went with him. The only number I got to work was an old woman and quite frankly after I hung up I wish that number had been disconnected too. One of the title companies I talked too said they had moved their business to another signing agency. I have never had this many collection phone calls as I had today and 2 were out of business. Finally, good-bye to Premier Document Solutions. All their numbers were disconnected.

Update on NB Signing. Gail Bryan was the owner who did not pay. She has moved to MO but she has rental property in Spring TX. You might want to try and place a lien on her property in Texas.
