actually it is in the East Valley with a 480 are code and it is disconnected. Someone;s cell phone perhaps

Speaking of which, are there any links to sites that will give phone #s/reverse address, free.?? Seems they all want to charge, even thou they say *free*.

www.anywho.com or www.switchboard.com. If the number you enter is not found then both sites will refer you to a pay-for-service site. Neither site has cell phone listings. Also, try Google. Just type the phone number in the search block. If the cell phone is listed somewhere as a business phone it might show up in Google.
