I am reading bad things about them. O.k. I am not going to do any signing for them. And no one is picking up phone, it's only voice mail. Forget it. Thanks Tom

I've done a lot of signings for these guys. I learned the hard way that they have strict guidelines in order to get payment. Too many armature notaries out there making our job harder! I've been paid by Nexus for every signing except 1 because of my mistake. Hope this helps!

What was the mistake if you don't mind
that you didn't get paid for?

I would love to know what their strict guidelines were. I have read and read the confirmation and I see nothing out of the ordinary. Soo for the last 3 months have been doing signings for them??? That is when I noticed that alot of people starting getting stiffed and are still stiffed by them. Nothing was corrected.

I'm not understanding something here - please tell me that you did something so incredibly stupid during that signing that caused the loan not to fund, and that's why they didn't pay you.
Otherwise, what I'm reading here is that you completed the assignment, the loan closed successfully, they got paid, but YOU didn't get paid because you failed to jump through some arbitrary hoops they set up. Am I reading this right??
PS: I think the word you were looking for to describe novice notaries is "amateur"...

I'm a seasoned closing agent/settlement officer and follow closing requirements to the letter. They owe me since May, don't respond to emails or voice mail. Your just one of the lucky ones to get paid. I had to hire a collection agency.
