Notary Pro $70.00 joke?

Call from Notary Pro $70.00 plus edocs + fax back. Cancellation $35.00. Scheduler told me only 1 page fax back, big surprise about 20 pages. I told them no!!!
I thought that this is some good company, now I don't think so.
