Well Larry, hopefully kcg learned that she did not

know how to do her job correctly and will research broker docs so she doesn't make herself look like an a$$ in front of borrowers again. If I were the broker on her deal, I would have told the TC or SS never to use her again. I just want to know how long she's been skating by with her "certification" & TPL not really knowing how to close loans.

I certainly do hope others learn from this ridiculous question posted by kcg.

If you don't know the basics of your JOB you should be corrected, lest you will make the same dumb mistake or post the same dumb crap repeatedly. And yes, it was a slow day. I sure am glad next week is picking up because it keeps me from reading more of the same ridiculous questions that are all to frequent here.

I agree with you Kcq. This is the only forum out there that I have noticed so far that doesn't want to help others, all the other notary sites that I am signed up with, have a special section in their forums for newbies, and not just for newbies, but to ask questions, and you know I have never once seen a negative response to someones question, regardless of how stupid the question was, only here do you get the negative feed back from the so call "senior" notaries.

not to tell lies. kcg states in her NotRot profile that she is "Experienced in all types of loan signings." Obviously this is not true. If it were true, she would know what broker docs are and why they are in a loan pkg. I am still interested to know just how many closings she's done in the dark.

Oh, and enjoy the sandbox. I prefer to address business situations with professionals as opposed to amateurs so I'll just stay put. The sand box sounds like a great place for NSAs that don't care that they don't know what they're doing. Enjoy passing along misinformation that comes with sugar on top.

I do believe that there are more trailers per capita in AZ than in FL. We have hurricanes to thank for that.

I don't think I have ever read such harsh words as I have on this particular message thread. We can't all be as stupid as you make us out to be, Becca. We can't all be as terrific as you think you are either. I'm sure somewhere on this board you must have said something positive somewhere, but so far I haven't found it. How great it would be if you would put as much energy into doing and saying positive things as you do in throwing your anger out there to those who dare to ask questions. Someone somewhere earlier said this is the most negative board on-line and I certainly agree. Don't bother trying to get me worked up with a negative response - it's Friday and all is well with the world.
