Premier Document Solutions

We called Premier Document Solutions regarding past due fee for our notary services. Their phone number has been disconnected. Does anyone have an address or active phone number for them?

They owe me $200. I filed with BBB. A while back the owner emailed everybody that was owed asking to accept %50 as a setllement. I accepted. I am still waiting. My 2 signings were in July. Good luck if you can collect. This company is the only one in my 4 years as NSA that stiffed me. What a shame.

I believe they are no longer in business. I was told by someone on another networking site that they were going out of business. They said they worked for the company. Also I emailed David at the address of [e-mail address] but he replied from [e-mail address] (which I noticed it came from his blackberry) stating that they are in even worse position since they sent out the email about cutting our fees. He told me he could not give an answer as to when he would pay any of us. So I am chalkin it up as a loss. I havent heard anyone from May getting paid (that is when I did my signing) but April signers seemed to have gotten paid but that was the last I heard about any payments. So I wouldnt expect anything from Dave and Matt.

But here is Davids cell number (714) 351-0913 Cell and Matts cell number (714) 713-4759 Cell. I noticed their toll free number is no longer in service. In addition, as of 08/27/2007 last updated info on Premier phone is 714-646-8200. Goodluck

Did you call Matt Harrick's number 877-583-3043
When did you close for them? I completed a closing May 25, no $$ and turned it over to a collection agency. I spoke to a states attorney yesterday she said we need a civil attorney.
Nexus Signing Solutions is also a problem. I'm wondering if we all collectively hired an attorney in CA whether it would do any good. Something is better than nothing.
