Premier Document Solutions
Just thought I would start another weekly bashing of probably the worst company in terms of non payment out there, premier document solutions. I am owed lots of money from them, and I filed a complaint with the BBB, posted on this board, and sent muchos emails to their evil two headed monster owners. They just don't pay dont take any work from them they run a den of thieves.
Has anyone been paid by them lately?

Put your story on ripoff.com. You'll also see other agencies when you do a search on ripoff under notaries.

It you're in MA like your name implies, then you are hopefully in compliance with Executive Order 455 (04-04) for your state, so you should involve the attorney that is overseeing your work. If you ARE an attorney, go for the jugular and do so quickly - they are quick-sinking ship.

Mass Collections
The "attorney required to supervise you" for each loan signing should be sending out the collection letters and going after this client. Start by talking with the attorney that you worked for on each of the loans and remind the attorney that you haven't been paid. It shouldn't be left to you, the notary public, to collect the legal fee for these closing.
If you're a new attorney, talk with a local litigation or collection attorney for assistance. If you were snookered into accepting lowball fees to try and skirt around the Governor's Executive Order, you may be out of luck with any collection help from a Mass attorney or any state office.
My MA friends who joined up with an attorney supervisor tell me the best part about the Governor's order is that attorney's make sure they are always paid and quickly.
