I've had it waiting for David and Matt to fit my invoice into their busy schedules. I'm done sending e-mails, faxes AND calling their cell phones waiting for a reply. I'm following the information Renee turned up with D&B for collections, it may cost me $24 BUT they'll take personal credit rating hits so let the games begin. I also am totally selective when talking with new companies now, when all the dust settles I intend to still be standing. Bottom line I'm finished giving 2 or 3 or even 4 months to some unethical parties that can't manage their money. This by far is the worst year since I began when it comes to collecting and time IS money so this D&B is a great idea, if I turn one account per month over to them it will cost me under $100 and will trim the fat from the bone. Maybe these guys will finally belly up and be out of sight by the time this industry turns around. If enough SA's go with hitting their credit scores then at least we're doing something constructive and taking back control. Complaining on the forums lets others know who's not paying BUT it isn't really curing the problem. A 50 point hit that will directly reflect on their ability for credit MAY let them know we're not joking around. Deadbeats beware, we WILL collect if not monetairly at least you'll know you've been in a fight.

Sue

Im right there with ya. I already sent my collection letter to Dave and Matt. And I have been keeping an eye through accurint and Lexisnexis in case they try to pick up and move. When sending to collections I always opted to hit the credit rating. I did that to Chris Von Neida of Loansigners and within 2 weeks his company sent payment and it cashed!!!!
