Profile Problem

Can anyone tell me why I can't upload a new and more recent pic of myself on my profile? The session keeps timing out, and it's taking forever to upload???

Check the size of the image you are trying to upload, more then likely it is to big, may need to resize, that is what I had to do.

I tried to update my account and having problems. Yesterday I couldnt respond to certain threads because it would log me out. I sent an email to NOTROT and they said they would investigate.

But the picture I'm trying to upload is just a wallet size which is the same size as the one I have on there now which was a passport photo and I don't know how to resize actually, I'm kind of technically challenged. ha ha

what program are you using on your computer to resize? If you want you can pm me and I can tell you how to resize it if you need that.

physical dimensions of the picture but about how many pixels it takes the computer to duplicate the photo electronically.

You can serach for free picture resize programs online if you don't have an image editing program on your computer. Just enter resize picture or shrink picture & you'll come up with quite a few possibilties.
