Property Pres Question

What does this mean? There is a minimum 20% discount rate.....I see this all the time when it comes to property preservation and have no idea what it means.

The are HUD guidelines as far as hat you can charge for certain jobs like door lock changes, mowing of grass, etc. These companies are asking you to give them a discount on those prices. These jobs can be very competitive and people will under price you. When you order you door locks you will have to buy them in bulk and find the best price. Most people I see have a generator on a pickup truck because you need electric and the power is turned off. You need to shampoo and vacuum carpets also. These jobs can pay well if you already have the right set up.
