Question

I have a signing on Sunday, and can't get ahold of the signing service or the L.O.
Question: The borrower signed in Oregon on the 18th and I am only signing the co-borrower in California on the 23rd. I recieved the documents today and there is only one copy of the RTC already signed by the borrower with a signature line for the co-borrower, the dates of the 18th and the 22nd are on it for the borrower. How do I date it for the co-orrower without messing it up for the borrower.

Help !!!!!

If the co-borrower dates their signature, they have three days from the date they received it, so their dating their signature should be fine.

Make 3 copies of RTC . Change dates in body and have new....

signer initiail changes, sign and date as of 9-23
On the other 2 copies , chage the dates as above and
give them to new bwr as their reqd 2 copies.
Even if there is no copy set for your bwr, if there is a TIL, you
should make a copy of that doc also to give to your bwr. .

The RTC time runs from when the LAST person involved with the loan is given notice.
