Quill gave me free paper!

I ordered 20 reams of legal paper from Quill. It always comes in boxes of 5 reams. UPS totally ruined all 4 boxes of paper, 2 they didn't even deliver as they reported them damaged in warehouse, the other 2 boxes that were delivered didn't even have 1 sheet of paper that could be saved. Quill refunded 100% of my money, and still delivered 20 reams of paper to me!! Nice to do business with a company that cares!

Quill is tops, I agree.

Have been doing business with them for 25 years, at least. Have a few 'they are the greatest' stories and not a single horror story to tell.
