I wish newbies would just spend one day . . .
. . . reading this forum to see what all of us experinced notaries with established clientele are going through. Every day: "I'm not getting paid", "phone's disconnected", "they offered me lower fees because there is less work", "I am down 50%, how about you", "only did 6 jobs this month".
Sorry. I am a little bummed right now. I think it's really terrible when they KNOW they are going to close the doors, but they rob us up to the last minute, KNOWING they will never pay (and being all sweet-sy on the phone when the ask you to take the job). So we get 6 jobs a month, but out of those 6, how many will we get paid for?
