Sept looks encouraging - -

I took a signing in Aug for Sept (unusual) and have since taken two more. Looks like my Fri will be busy. Could this be a sign of a good Sept or just another Aug repeating itself? Think - cashflow, cashflow. Almost sounds like a bad dream 'cause I haven't seen that stuff in a while.

Care to share?

Don't feel bad. I had two last week and one the week before. Impossible to pay bills that way.

This last year, I paid off all my debts, and I started putting $1000 a month aside into savings. now I am depostiing what little comes in twice a week so I don't bounce anything.

I don't mean to be a killjoy, Todd, but August, for me, started out fine and tanked at the end.

Had a poor August overall.

September is starting out the same way....lotsa stuff...so, well see.

It doesn't matter how the month starts...it's the month overall that counts.

Let's hope Sept. finishes the way it has started for you and me and hopefully for others.

My August also started out fine and then plummeted. Sept so far has been almost nill. It's awful and I don't know if it's just going to get worse. I do this full time and it's really stressful. Any have ideas as to what else to do for marketing or doin non-loan notarizations? Has anyone had luck goign to nursing homes/hospitals and cold calling your services for power of attorney etc?
