Signatures Plus

I tried to reach Melodie, and Debbie. I left emails and messages for them saying I never gotten paid. They have not paid me for my closing and said my check is in the mail and never was. They owe me $100.00 and their phone #'s are disconnect the toll free #'s

They are rude and do not repond to emails or phone calls.

Please advise

Ah, yes...lovely Signatures Plus...they never paid me for 2 in October 2006 and did the whole "your checks have been cut and should be there shortly" song...I've just given up on it already - I hope they ARE out of business...

So I'm not the only one who got suckered into doing free jobs for them. I can never get a hold of them either. I think they burn everyone, one at a time.

I did a couple for them in December before looking in here for references ....... DON'T ever do that!!!

I have a date set with Melody AND Debbie before a judge shortly, and the $320 fees she didn't pay has grown to $850 including collection, filing, travel and appearance fees.

I have somebody who will see that it gets attached to their personal homes as a lien once I have judgments, but it's still a big head ache.

I can't wait to see them in court, I have photos, BO, title and broker affi's, emails from Debbie and other significant evidence of course.

To date, nobody has failed to pay me in some way, but it's NOT something I relish doing often.

As stated here often, ALL signing agents should check out EVERY new client name here before getting committed to a signing appointment.

Obviously, I was WAY too busy last December to think much about it (I had a $3000+ month anyway, and LOT'S of presents to buy!!), now you can't KEEP me from doing it!! :o]

I hope they show up in court, I wish I could be there they owe me $100.00, l know it is not as much compared to you, but it is the idea of what they have done, and with no remorse.

I agree! Wouldn't it be great if we would ALL show up (everyone they stiffed) - as if we could all fit in the Courtroom(!) just to show the Judge what they've done....? I would travel from Iowa for that - not even expecting reimbursement (they only owe me $100 or so) ... it's just the principal of the matter!
