Top Notch Signing Services-West Palm Beach
I have left over 10 phone messages and no on will return my call. For the last week their mailbox is full and will not accept any messages. I have sent dozens of e-mails and I have gotten two responses from someone who doesn't even use their name. The first message states that "this is the first that I have heard of this, let me check into it". The next message said "We will put a stop payment on the original check and issue a new one. This should be completed by the end of the week and you will have your check next week". That was August 27 and no check. I e-mail them daily and no reply. Does anyone have any other phone # other than the 561-721-2837 number? How about a phone # for Northwest Title, 201 N New York Ave, Winter Park, FL. I am so tired of the run around from them that I will go to the title company if I have to.

I already checked and there is no listing for the name and address. The Division of Corporations do not list the phone numbers.

Unfortunately the title company won't do anything. These signing companies are not governed by federal or state govt as is mortgage companies, title companies and us.
