Week in review - my thoughts

Well this week was a nice. I had to turn down a few loans and only 2 cancels. What I did see and hear from TC's and SS this week.

It is still slow, I just seem to of been lucky this week in my area.

Approved loans were only for teir 1 clients. 1 loan the person had a high 700 score but LT was 90% (FHA) closing cost for that loan was almost 10% of the loan. YIKES. I dont think it will fund, the BO was POed when they say the cost.

Next week will be dead again, nothing on the books for 10/1 and on.

Orgination fee's seem higher now.. So cutting your fees would be nuts You're just putting more money in the LO's pocket.

We have 2.5 months to make money lets hope we can do it. Vets know come 1/2008 we will have tons of time to post.
