This time last year

I know I was averaging 2 to 3 jobs a day before the 15th last September, and 3 to 4 after the 15th. Now I am very lucky to get one a day, but some fall through, so I am averaging 1/2 a day. I know I am doing better than most. I see the posts that are "none for the past 10 days". I know that even this won't last too long.

Well these are not reschedules. These are closings that I had to decline because I am not available tomorrow during the daytime hours. A major bummer!

Title company called and needed a notary with $500,000 in E&O...anybody carry that much?
