Start Signing Service Classes? In the last two days on this board there are questions about 34 signing companies I have either never heard of and or never worked for??

Les,

given what's going on in the financial markets and the mortgage mess,

I would not work for any of the 34 no matter how much they offered..and particularly if they're new or you hadn't heard of them.

To do otherwise is just asking for trouble.

But what do I know? I've only been doing this for 7 years.

Actually, I would love to have the experience of doing this for 7 years. I will get there. Although, in the 20 years that I've been involved in mortgage banking in some way, I've never seen the financial markets hit the skids like this. This mortgage mess is a first.
