"TCC" The Closing Company

I do not see this company listed on signing central. Does anyone have any dealings with them? I keep getting the run around on payment for a closing I completed in June. I did two back to back closings for them and the switched paperwork and paid me for one. They claim they paid me for the closing, but I told them they paid, but for the wrong one and I was still due payment for the other. The owner tells me he sent the payment out twice. Why would you send two checks out if I did not get the first one? I think this is another one of those fly by night compaines that are suffering by the current conditions. Has anyone else had any dealings with this company? Thanks.

My records show that I worked for them once in 2006, my contact was Sean Dimon, and that I received payment at 42 days. I only had the one job for them, sorry I can not be of more help.

RUN!!! RUN!!! away

Matt and Sean have more excuses for not paying. I think Matt has written a book on how many ways to get out of paying those I owe. He told me he went on vacation and forgot to pay the one due that month. He then sends it to "accounting" then will then send you the email that if in 6 days you are not paid let hime know.

His accounting is his online billpay service.

I have another friend that is getting the run around as well.

Good Luck

These SS companies just slay me the way they act as if they have an accounting dept and such - most of them work out of a room in their house or apartment!

You accuse me of lying and cheating you out of money? Like I said, SHOW ME THE "TWO" cancelled checks I signed. Prove it, and we will see who is lying!

Adrian Winstead has been paid for both of his closings. the first was paid very quickly and the second closing was paid much later. You have been very rude and harassing. As the owner of a signing company, it is not easy to get paid on time, after every loan funds, then we get harrasing emails from closers. Give us a break, we want to be paid to. I always have tried to pay withing 30-45 days and I have several closers that substaniate this policy. I have a nice office in North Miami Beach 16300 NE 19th Avenue Miami Beach FL, please stop by. If you have any problems getting paid please contact me directly at 786-897-3700. Carmine and James, I am apologetic for any delays, but you both have been paid. Adrian Winstead, you are lying, you have received both your payments and the last one I was never even paid on. Quit your harassing and demeaing emails to me and my staff, it is rude. I run an honest business. Please be professional.

Regards,

Matthew Prossen, Owner, The Closing Company

And Adrian...we are not "F&%$ing Idiots" like you say we are in your emails, we are a good business that has fallen on tough times like alot of mortgage industry companies. But we have and always will pay everyone that does work for us. God Bless and have a great night.

You keep saying you mailed out the check. SHOW ME THE CANCELLED CHECK FOR BOTH CLOSINS! I make over $100K a year and have completed approx. 500 closings for well known title companies over the past few years. The $125 is not that big of a deal. The deal is letting other notaries know who does not pay. You paid me for the 1st one and told me it was for the 2nd one and that you would correct it. I have all the emails from you. You told me the check was returned and asked for my address twice. Why would you need this if you sent me a check for the 1st completed closing. You are the one who needs to be professional and pay your obligations. I guess all the other notaries who have posted are liars and unprofessional also? You have nerve using the good Lord's name.

ATTN: James Lee and Adrian Winstead, PAY RECORD!!!!!!!

James, you conducted a professional closing for my company on 6-14 of this year. Your check for this closing was cashed on 7-24-07. Our policy states that we pay approximatelyy within 25-35 days. This definitley falls within these guidelines. Adrian, you conducted two professional closings for my company. The first was on 6/21 of this year, you cashed the check for this closing on 7/31/07. The second closing you conducted was completed on 6/27, you were originally paid on 8/28...this check was then returned to my online payroll service and redeposited. When it was brought to my attention I cut you another check last week, which you received according to our payroll sevice.

You both did work for my us and I am sorry you are so dissatisfied with my company, I will take you off our call list. Things are not always perfect, but we always do our best. To all of you that work for us, we appreciate your hard work.

Again (to all other closers), if you haven't been paid (due to a mistake on my company's part), this is not always the best forum to dicuss...but if you feel that is necessary than I understand. I have been an NSA and I understand the frustrations. We pay all of our people , as quickly as possible and I am fortunate to have such a successful business. It is successful because of the folks that help us do the closings! If you need anything at all, please contact me directly.

Matthew Prossen

Re: ATTN: James Lee and Adrian Winstead, PAY RECORD!!!!!!!

I have not received the 2nd check. As stated before, I did get the 1st one mailed to my address, but not the 2nd one. I have all the emails from you and gave you my correct address twice. Show me my signature on the 2nd check that was returned to you last week, if that is what you say. Like the movie, "Show Me The Money."

Re: ATTN: James Lee and Adrian Winstead, PAY RECORD!!!!!!!

I just got this email from Matthew Prossen. See below. You can now see he admits to not paying me. See previous posts from him.

I will not go out of my way for you now. No chance pal. That's your job. The 2ND check has not been cashed anyways. Probably in ur mailbox and maybe you haven't gotten. No clue. That's your prob, not mine. File your claims and waste your time and then our attorneys will sort it out. Bit just watch for the online slander and libel. It will hurt you. Happened once before with a lying notary about 2 years ago, wasn't too good for them. Lol. Everyone in my family is an atty, so I get good advice. Good night.

Adrian...that is so sad that a signing company would treat

you this way. He should pay you for services rendered, if he has not done so.
See what I mean, some of these signing services try to "manhandle" the notaries to come after them for the money. $125 is not a big deal so, if you are owed, they should pay up.

I have pre-paid legal and this is one of the reasons why. I suggest that all notaries have this service. I am speechless.

Re: Adrian...that is so sad that a signing company would treat

Thank you. It is ashame that just because their business is down they take it out on the notaries and won't pay. I'm going to register this company and rate them so that everyone will see what they are. I'm going to check into the pre-paid legal also. Thanks again.

Re: Adrian...that is so sad that a signing company would treat

If what you said is correct and then he sends you that email, I hope that he is the minority when it comes to what the opinions the signing services have of us as notaries. Goes to show you that we only need a few good signing services (Sylvia and a few others) and the rest need to go back to the prior occupations that they had.

He makes excuses for not paying, wrong address, not a prefect business, don't get paid from the title company, etc. He is a scammer. I'll keep posting warning everyone about this company. I also have friends at Countrywide who I'm going to contact. Thanks for youe support.
