eLynx docs
Anyone had experience with eLynx docs from Wells Fargo not printing on an HP 1020? Any help would really be appreciated.

Could be because it is not PCL supported?

Could be since it's an HP. Their help line did say that they often have problems with the HP 1020. Title company is going to send them as PDF files so I'm good to go. Thanks for answering.

PCL is a printer driver format created by HP, but, as I understand it, not all of their printers will have that. (BTW, I know just enough about this to be dangerous... ) But Terri is so right. It's very important to research as thoroughly as possible before buying.

The 1020 won't work. It was a place I also stopped on my travels through the learning curve. (It didn't last very long either)
Search printers. There is a lot of good info on what works for everyone. Whatever you get, make sure you get a double tray. !/2 or more of the package will print on letter size which is a lot cheaper.

This is why I stress to those who ask the need to research the printer product before they buy. Printers that do not have their own processor and their own memory will not print document files that are in a proprietary format (i.e., elynx). Sure that printer will print PDF docs just fine. But will either not print at all, or will hang or crash your computer when the files are in other formats.
