gosh darn...

bancserve....they said the fee is this because they are o.n'd. Title calls me and tells me not going to be ready so e-m. I say fine, gonna cost ya more, "no prob". They put me on the HUD, find out they have to send it to the SS, and I'm shorted $45., 3 weeks later! grrrrr.

They called me Friday but wouldn't budge on the $50 overnight fee.
From what I am hearing today about NSA's going out of the business,
they ought to reconsider, lol.

How right you are Mistarella. It should be interesting to see the out come. Perhaps it will be very similar to when we first started when there were not (Loads) of NSA's floating around. Hummm ?

Oh, I hope so, Teddog.
This time around we will be the "experienced" ones.
I spoke with a scheduler who says many NSA's are getting FT j-o-b-s.
And a local NSA called to ask if she could refer me, as she was back to working FT, doing a few closings in the eves. at her convenience, could I fill in days and her nights off?

Misty...you're right. I've been in their dbase for years...never received a call. Finally...did one o/n 8/27 & got check by 9/8...and, no, it wasn't for $50; it was my standard fee. Charm... bite their heads off! They surely do owe you.

No! They probably found me right here. Not just them either. Can't tell you how many dbases I'm in---but they 'find' me on NR---and are just so surprised that I've been in their dbase for years. Just one of those things that really make you wonder why you bother, huh?

If they "put you on the HUD" and paid someone else, or kept the fee (or part of it) it is a violation of RESTA. Send in a written complaint (with your proof). I wonder what their fine would be?
