lenders choice
Received an email from Michael Crowder from Lenders First Choice asking me to sign up with them, and stated their fees. Well I replied with an email stating MY fees and if they still want me to sign up I will but would have to meet my fees!

I received a similiar email from N3-Notary. Their contractor agreement stated $50.00 fee. I replied No Thank you. Call me when you change your fees. Their $25.00 e-doc fee is standard. Their must be many of us taking these lowerball fees because when I state mine I RARELY get a call back. I have even slightly lowered my fees to accomadate these companies but some requests are just down right unfair. I am thankful most of my signings are done directly with Title Co.

Got this email from one SS:
"Our normal fees are $60 for a single loan and $90 for a double. If you are able to receive email docs, we adjust the fees accordingly.
Still interested? Please fill out and fax the attached forms to........."
I replied saying that I felt their fees are low, and stated what my fees are. I also asked what their edoc fee is but they never replied back!
Still interested? NO!

He's the new Vendor Manager for LFC out of Simi Valley. Tough job contacting all their 'old' notaries to see if they will now work for $50. Hope he's got his resume dusted off.
