A search here provides several recent posts on them. Try the orange search button on netco.

Just keep soft pressure on them and you should get your funds at some point. Their MO is pay notary in 60-90 days.

No one has asked this question - Which office hired you? With this one, payment practicies aren't across the board, it's with the individual office.

I've worked for the one in Diamond Bar, CA and have been paid within 2 weeks. But it has been a while.

My One & Only...

...for NetCo out of the St Charles office was on 07/31/2007 & I was paid on 08/09/2007. HOWEVER this is the company promising a $25.00 bonus if you perform a "perfect" signing for them & shazam...I didn't receive that extra fee! I just made a call to my original scheduler & the gentleman who answered the phone initially said this individual was in the office. After placing me on hold he came back & said she was out to lunch (it's 3PM CST). He asked if he could help & I started explaining the purpose for my call. I was very cordial throughout but when I got to the point where I asked him if I could have an explanation for not receiving the additional $25.00 he said..."you mean you're calling about $25.00?". I said "yes" & he hung up on me. I've just mapped it & the traveling distance to their office is exactly 32.4 miles. While I won't be doing this today there WILL be a time in the near future when I'll be in their vicinity & I'll be making a personal appearance in their office to discuss this in more detail. We shall see what happens.

Re: My One & Only...

A bonus for doing perfect work. That is interesting and unique for this business. That shows they get a lot less than "perfect" work. The only thing I always is we will deduct for this and deduct for that

The NetCo "Gentleman"...

...also made the comment: "Are you sure you worked directly for us? We normally only work through signing companies." There's a previous thread on NotRot % NetCo which I was a part of & several posters said they'd been paid the bonus while others said they hadn't. I was paid a good fee up front to begin with & chasing a $25.00 bonus isn't what I had in mind...at least up to this point. It's now turned into "the principle of the matter".

Re: JohnnyB-Question

Is your comment that they pay in 90 days from personal experience or is this hearsay? Ive never heard of them paying that late. Maybe 30. My experience has always been within 3 weeks from the closing if not sooner. And this would be the one in MO.

St. Charles MO office for me

Signing done 8/23/07, paid 9/2/07. Pretty good. I didn't see anything about an extra fee anywhere so I didn't ask. But I was paid a good fee and on time.

From personal experience last year or two, but I guess they could have changed policy.

Follow Up

After sitting on my initial reaction to the phone hangup I decided to get proactive. I looked up the NetCo scheduler's e-mail in my contact database & sent her a message about what had just transpired. She replied with a phone call just now. It turns out she's not even in the same location as she once was & as a result of my inquiry is in the process of researching for me why I wasn't paid. She also said someone will get back to me about my treatment on the phone from earlier today. At this point I don't care whether I'm paid the $25.00 or not if I receive her promised explanation. I'm also very gratified someone will be grilling this "gentleman" in their St Charles office as to his telephone manners. I'd do business with NetCo again based on how they've handled this.

I wonder if it's the same guy

Here's the scenario, when they called me for the signing at 10 am, I accepted. However, by 3:00 p.m. I had not received a confirmation so I called back. Of course, I didn't have any info and I couldn't remember the gentleman's name and how many could they possible have here? A guy there proceeded to tell me (after waiting about 10 minutes) they guess someone else had gotten that job. I was pretty bent. I said how could that be? I accepted the job, I'm not returning a phone call. He was very nonchalant about it and really didn't care. Of course, no one ended up calling me back so at 5 I called there. I got a hold of the one who called me earlier and he said he forgot to send it to me and he apologized. It was weird. Other than that, it was a good experience and I was happy with them.

Netco - great to work with.

I was on my way to a closing for them when they called and said there is a new TIL. 2 choices, turn around and go back home and print it, or use the 3 day RTC to get it signed. Borrowers did not have e-mail or fax. A lightbulb came on and I stopped at a bank while driving through a small town, called Netco and they faxed it there for me. Cost me 2 bucks, but they sure appreciated the effort I did for them. The next time they called me, she said she heard great things about me. Made me feel great that I was able to get it worked out.
That mobile office sure would come in handy Santa Claus!!!

There was not anything on the confirmation about an extra $25 for a perfect signing. I went the extra mile for them and didn't get a bonus. Didn't expect it either. Just glad I was able to get it worked out. Would do that for anyone that I work for if I can.

It depends on which office you're working with. I did one for the Chicago office and received a check (UPS Overnight) 4 days later. I did another for the Orlando office, and they won't pay a dime - not even a print fee - because the loan didn't close.
